The Department of Communications and Natonal House of Traditional Leaders will officially launch of the (NHTL) website in Kwa-Zulu Natal on the 21st November 2008. The Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) work-programme with the traditional leaders, which is being implemented over three years, is focused on the following areas of work:

Development of websites for the National House of Traditional Leaders, the 8 (eight) Provincial and 49 (forty-nine) Local Houses of Traditional Leaders.
Digitisation of information for the Provincial Houses of Traditional leaders
Monthly Stakeholder Engagement Forums in the form of provincial roadshows 

Websites have been developed and are live for all the eight provincial houses of traditional leaders. The website addresses are as follows:
